This beautiful, handcrafted thread cabinet is the perfect gift for the serious sewer in your life. It will hold 210 thread spools on 3” pegs. Doors and exterior are made of the plywood of your choice, the trim is solid oak, and the backing is of pine. The finish is sanded varnish.
It is pictured with embroidery thread spools (not included) which are 2” and 3” tall, standard spool heights. The door storage area will hold several embroidery hoops of varying sizes, keeping them neat and easy to find. Approximate outside dimensions are 32 x 28 x 8 1/4".
This enclosed storage will keep your thread clean and free from dust, and will also protect your beautiful threads from damaging UV rays. Open to display all of your spools while working, and while you’re not working keep the cabinet closed for a neat and attractive work area. A must-have for those working with threads in a “dual purpose” sewing/craft room.
